To control the accuracy of the construction project carryover to the location and detection of the arising deviations, to receive the coordinates and heights of the constructed objects, the sizes of separate parts, distances between wells of underground communication networks and other data necessary for drawing up executive general plans executive survey is used. It is made during construction at the end of separate stages of civil work and completes with horizontal and high-altitude survey of the ready construction. Fixed axes of the bases and a working benchmark network within separate buildings, working shops are the geodetic basis of the survey; as well as the points of the stake-out network, polygonometry and leveling within the building site; the points of geodetic substantiation created during the researches for shooting and tracing works, and also specially constructed networks outside the building site. It is carried out from the points of geodetic basis by analytical methods: polar, measurements on perpendiculars and ranges, linear and angular notches. The points' heights are defined from geometrical leveling.
Survey is carried out in scale of 1:500 on industrial and city platforms and in scales of 1:1000-1:2000 on platforms of hydrounits, airdromes, bridge crossings; it allows regular maintaining the topographical plans up-to-date. At executive survey special attention is given to the hidden elements of a construction: foundation ditches, basements, underground pipelines, cable lines which are shot before digging it up. The position of all mortgage parts and their marks are mapped in the basement. All corners are adhered to the points of geodetic basis for definition of their coordinates and make measurements on perimeter at a socle level, fixing in the contour the sizes of ledges and apertures.
Executive survey of the vertical lay-out is made by leveling the surface by 10 to 20 meters squares or on cross-section structures and laying separate courses on characteristic points. The heights are defined by buildings footways. In places of crossings and breaks of road structures, sidewalks, thoroughfares; on the bottom of open trays, drainage channels, ditches, at lattices of roadway inlet. Simultaneously with the executive survey the deviations from the original project in are registered, the sizes of deviations from the designed position in the plan and on height of important elements are specified on each construction.
