On the plots with the most valuable landscapes, the phytome survey is used. For this purpose, all the trees and bushes found on the territory are defined on the plan with special symbols as well as a phytome sheet is made. In the phytome sheet it is has the name of a breed, a number according to the plan, age and size characteristics, as well as, sanitary condition of the trees and bushes. On its basis, a plan of the existing vegetation and an inventory table is made.
Phytome survey
This type of survey enables to design and to build buildings in a forest-covered zone with the minute loss of wood vegetation. Original way of landscape design and planting trees. In the end of construction, in order to reflect all new plantings, the executive survey is conducted. The phytome survey stands out for its high accuracy. It is used at the territories with plenty of valuable and rare plants in view of their safety (nature reserve, park, botanical garden nature reserves, parks, botanic gardens, woods).
The phytome survey is made in 3 stages.
1. The preparatory works include gathering and analysis of necessary materials, reception and approving of the technical specifications, which includes the volume and the site location. As well as reception (electronic document) of geodetic survey of 1:500 (In can be entered into the works complex if needed).
2. Field works - geodesists visit the place of work to inspect the area. Surveying the trees and bushes with granting each an individual number in view of all necessary characteristics: condition, breed and trunk diameter.
3. Cameral works - all trees and the bushes found at the territory are put to the plan with special symbols according to their numbering. The phytome sheet is made which includes all characteristics received are at the field inspection. Then a technical report on phytome survey is gathered and is submitted to the customer.
